Terrible new formula
I have been using the old formula of this for years and I loved it. It was light, non greasy and absorbed into my skin perfectly. The fragrance was divine. For some reason best known to themselves, Nivea decided to fix something that wasn’t broken. The new product is awful. It is sticky and greasy and doesn’t absorb properly at all. Added to that the lovely fragrance has gone, replaced by something wholly inferior. Please return to the old formula. You have lost a customer and I will not be buying this again.

Why have they fixed something that wasn’t broken?! The old formula filled a gap in the market - many of us have dehydrated not dry skin. The old formula was perfect for that, kind to eczema, actually did absorb quickly (new one def does not unless you have skin like the Sahara) and smelled nice. Was literally perfect and so incredibly rare for a lotion to manage all that. This new formula is a travesty. Product is now no different than any other lotion out there. If Nivea cared about customer loyalty at all they would make the old formula available again for all their customers who relied on it. Surely they can see from the reviews there is enough demand for it??!
